For Canadians, this is a bare-knuckle fight they won’t concede easily, and could permanently turn a generation against the brands of their southern neighbor.

One more data point in a long list of people, occupations, and companies damaged by Trump, although this is the most spectacular I've seen,
I welcome the damage. It will accelerate the loss of control by the Republicans. They will lose the 2026 midterms spectacularly. Maybe the Republicans will wake up to the need to neuter him.
Meanwhile, Canadians, Americans, and Mexicans will suffer needlessly. Maybe Tesla will die if that's any consolation.

The app came together in a few days, was released February 11, and has been downloaded 80,000 times by shoppers seeking Canadian replacements for everyday commodities like drinks, condiments, or peanut butter. So far, the list of items that users have scanned totals more than 50,000 at stores across Canada.
