The strange part of this is that Disney actually has a really strong case but not because of this BS. Disney does not own, run or control that restaurant in any way. They are simply a landlord for the restaurant. They sued Disney since they are a deep pocket but they are not liable.

Arbitration is fine when two businesses sue each other for whatever. Keeping the endless stream of business litigation from clogging the courts is a worthy goal. But the idea that mandatory arbitration should be forced on injury victims who have no idea that they're clicking away their right to a jury trial by signing up for a service that is unrelated to their injury is appalling. Doing away with mandatory arbitration should be a high priority of Democrats after Harris is elected.

Disney sucks for trying to force this into arbitration, tho. And the 7th amendment argument presented earlier here, really does seem relevant.
